Accounts

There is no email and no password reset. When you register you are shown a recovery code exactly once — save it somewhere safe. With the code you can set a new passphrase on the recovery page; recovery signs out every session. Without the code, a lost passphrase means a lost account, and nobody — including the operator — can restore it.

Closing your account is on the security page: type CLOSE, enter your passphrase. Closure ends the identity (listings unpublished, login disabled, reputation frozen) but does not erase your order and review history — your counterparties' records depend on it.

Buying

  1. Find a listing and place an order. The seller accepts, and the order gets a one-time payment subaddress from the seller's signed batch.
  2. Open the payment page from the order. Verify the signed message in your own wallet (the page walks you through it), then pay the exact amount in one transaction.
  3. Message the seller from the order page. When they see the funds, they mark the order paid — "seller confirmed payment" — then fulfil it. When it arrives, mark it complete.
  4. You may leave one review per completed or resolved order, and edit it for 7 days.

Selling

  1. Apply from the Sell page; a moderator approves seller accounts.
  2. Register your identity key, then set up direct payments: save your primary Monero address and upload a batch of wallet-signed subaddresses generated with the seller helper tool. The dashboard shows the exact marketplace ID, network, and seller ID the tool needs.
  3. Keep your pool topped up — when it runs out, your listings stop taking orders until you upload another batch, and the dashboard warns you as it runs low.
  4. Mark orders paid only when the funds are actually in your wallet: your attestation is the record buyers and moderators rely on.

Messages

Messages are encrypted on your device and stored as ciphertext — see the security guide for the exact procedure. The server can never read them, recover them, or hand them to moderators: in a dispute, only messages you choose to disclose, with signatures that verify, count as evidence.
